Pluspunten
Always working on interesting, popular or well-known shows, which makes friends and family very encouraged and gives a great sense of recognition outside the work place. Also, MPC mainly hires from within so if you fit in well with their model (drink the kool-aid) you can potentially work your way up. They also do provide plenty of coffee/tea and Friday night drinks and mingle hour.
Minpunten
Generally, the work and structure is highly disorganized producing a very hectic and stressful work environment. MPC also provides very little in the way of benefit and no bonuses. They also try to work around some labor laws here and there so as to not have to do things like pay certain employees OT or workers comp, etc. Oh, and they chrun through people super fast! They're attrition rate is very high! They're always hiring because they burn their employees who are quick to move on - except for those who did drink the kool-aid and are in management positions. Ie only those people are still left from when I started - most artists I worked with first couple months are gone!
