-Unqualified people in key positions! -No experience to get! -People in management won't hear from you about any things except showing them appreciation. -Negative Atmosphere! -The policy make this place a joke! -No enough License for Houdini and in the other hand no technical support for their house tools! -No enough time for the tasks and most of the time wasted because their buggy pipeline and render farm! -Very low salary!
