Minpunten

• Systems are outdated and rely too much on people remembering things. • Workflows are scattered across different platforms, making tasks slower and more error-prone. • Efficiency depends on employees knowing tricks, not the system. • Long-standing process issues are pushed onto staff instead of being fixed properly. • Employees are blamed for problems that come from the system, not their mistakes. • Salary is always late, never early, which makes planning money hard. • Annual leave is earned leave, making taking time off unnecessarily hard. • Leave approvals are complicated and slow.

1) Fixed working hours, No overtime

Minpunten

1) No flexible arrangement, company is too strict on reporting times with 0 leeway 2) Incompetent seniors and lack of proper assessment for promotion to Managers 3) Micromanaging 4) Biasness at work - i.e selecting certain workload which are easier, and pushing the harder workload to others 5) Very very toxic environment, non-professional 6) Drama 7) No proper procedures 8) Toxic culture of spamming you on your off days and even the weekends for non-work related matters 9) Lack of chemistry between teams
