My experience here felt very disorganized from the start. There seemed to be a lack of structure, communication, and proper training, while expectations were still very high from day one. At times, the work environment felt inconsistent and management decisions appeared subjective. I also personally observed behavior and dynamics that made the workplace feel unwelcoming and, in my opinion, raised concerns about fairness and professionalism. If you thrive in a highly structured environment with clear onboarding and support, this may not be the best fit. I would recommend improving training, communication, and overall management practices.

Strong Team Camaraderie - Team members and management glad to assist with any questions and lighten the load. Fast Paced Dynamic Work - New features are consistently released and hospitality client needs are always changing, making the work highly engaging and the days go by fast.

Minpunten

Niche Product Focus - Most of the technical aspects involve proprietary software, making it difficult to broaden technical skills. Onboarding - Onboarding can sometimes be inconsistent and training while through, does not always prepare for some of the less common calls received.

Lots of opportunities for growth. In my short time at the company, I was able to evolve into several distinct roles, each with their own unique strengths and opportunities to learn and grow. Management is constantly reviewing our policies and incentives to improve performance and work-life balance. Examples include 4/10 work weeks, opportunities to work from home, and employee of the month bonuses.

Minpunten

The drawbacks of a smaller organization means that the company and the teams within tend to face large challenges, crunch times and need to evolve quickly to remain competitive. This typically thins the herd, but those who step up and accept the challenge are often rewarded. Another downside of this agile environment is that policies regarding work-from home are strict and limited, and the company relies on employees working full time in office to ensure the company can maintain its high standards of quality.
