6yThank you for your feedback regarding our reward and training practices. Over the past few years MSCI has completely redesigned its compensation structure with a view to increasing engagement, OneMSCI culture, and proactively linking pay for performance. We also particulate in various benchmarking studies from relevant industries and firms that reassures us that we are rewarding people in an appropriate and realistic way.
Our training provision is constantly evolving, and we continue to build on it as our talent needs and profiles develop. For example, last year after conducting a deep dive of our engagement data, we identified the manager behaviours that enable employees to do their best work, innovate, collaborate and develop their careers. We introduced LeaderShift, a new development programme for our VP managers, and have shaped innovation and inclusion activities based on direct feedback from our employees. Please continue to provide feedback through your manager, Leadership, the Engagement Survey or HR teams so we can continue to develop.
