Good salaries if you negotiate well, nice location in Lucerne

Minpunten

Poor development & training opportunities, management by fear, understaffing, very US centric company, very political. These are always the same "clique" (considered as sufficiently "loyal" to the "cause") who get promoted. You'd better belong to them if you want to develop. Otherwise, search elsewhere...

Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

Minpunten

My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
