Minpunten

No management training - there is the possibility that someone with no manager experience can become a people manager which is a real negative and can ruin the atmosphere of the team. They need consistent standard of managers.

Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
