the management is terrible very unprofessional and for that reason the employees quite after a short period,new COO is probably one of the worse people you will come across. Vacation days (4 days a year is a joke and you will need to beg for your earned vacation days, yes that is true). Your hard work is unappreciated; no matter how hard you work and go out of you way it's never good enough.
