Sitting at home and waiting on the next problem to call in is the only pro here, typically the problem I thought I fix the day before. Apparently not. I've only been here a few months and I ready see whats going on. We support only junk. There is no rhythm or reason why the internet sucks so bad at these hotels other than the fact that MTS allows them too.

Everything is con because nothing works. All this technology they have and its guaranteed to fail. If people known the logistics of this company and how they work internally dont think they would be in business. Dont plan on being here to much longer very under paid for dealing with the support calls that come in.
