These guys subcontract talent to larger contractors. So MTS in itself is extremely hands-off. This leaves alot of responsibility in your hands to deliver to the larger contractor. This can be a bad thing if you don't know how to be tactful. I never want any negative feedback flowing up to MTS but if you do your job in a thorough and timely fashion, there are no issues. Plus they offer tuition reimbursement!
