At first, they talk a good talk. We has issues that needed corrected and the old managment group wouldn't even listen to workers worries. The BW people came in and said that they valued our opinions. They listened, and then ignored our warnings. Now, this company is more messed up then before.

Minpunten

Their L3 training (leadership) is a joke. We nicknamed it "Buttkiss High". It's the perfect environment for worthless employees to kiss up to all of the "Big Boys"

Customers need their equipment fast, so there is constant pressure to complete jobs quickly and accurately.
