Salary is around the market average It is a great place if you have plans to stay in Sweden for a long time Considering the overall Swedish job market, the company is definitely above average.

The company structure is in the weird middle between being a part of a mega tech corp and a small local business, You can expect one or another but will be disappointed in both scenarios
