My experience was great in terms of learning. 4. Most leaders are supportive and try to help during challenging situations.

1. Despite multiple attempts to establish structure, it often doesn’t sustain, and the workload continues to increase. 2. Work-life balance is almost non-existent for those considering joining. 3. There are no Fun Fridays or cultural activities, if you’re expecting a more engaging or fun workplace.
