Feel like I can really make an impact here and that my voice is heard - New employee onboarding is really smooth and educational, good benefits (PTO, holidays, insurance, parental leave, etc), and feel supported whether in the LA office or working remotely

- there have been leadership changes over the past year which have caused adjustments in how the org works, but overall I think positively in that we're getting more settled in for long-term growth and new leaders have a vision and passion for the next phase of the business
