Money making wise, sky is the limit - you can make 20k paychques1 If you like IT, then you can learn a lot for free and the Owners will support you if you like to learn something IT and business related that costs $. Down to earth owners and very friendly as long as you work hard and make money! You will get great support and help from everyone. There is everything available for you to succeed. And if you need something as long as it's not a crazy request they get it for you. Friendly Environment with many rewards and bonuses. Radio playing music in the background very clean place and if you are lazy or have physical challenges there are two elevators to get you to the 2nd floor. For food, you have options around you to walk and get it, also green areas to go out and eat or get some air. You can start anytime you like between 8 and 9:30 and fill your 8 hour. There is Filtered Coffee, Cream/Milk, Dishes, and a few more stuff. Every 3 months or something, there is a company activity.

Start at 8, finish at 4. Lunch is paid. Upper management more flexible than team managers in allowing exceptional WFH.

Extreme micro management. Team management will throw you under the bus and have a yes man mentality even if it means damaging the company overall. It doesn't matter because they will blame their team for their own mistakes.
