Potentially discount if the clothes were what you liked. Close to coffee shops.

Minpunten

Bad quality clothing. Backwards computing system. Antiquated design for IT. All help was remote from Spain. Constant issues with system. The company expects you to bring customers in during a global pandemic and make them spend money when costs of living are high. Lack of full management training. Senior team would talk over you instead of joining you into meetings regarding your store. The list is endless.

-Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
