Same level colleagues were nice and friendly which was basically the only good thing about the work place.

Our store manager was young and had no people skills. She also had no idea how to manage in a crisis situation, thus working during Covid was a disaster.

-Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
