Such a lovely team to work with, hire without previous experience of retail so a great way to get into customer service. Made great friends working here.

Minpunten

Don't recieve the best training, often found myself learning of collegues rather than of training. Also often understaffed.

-Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
