Awful - werkgeversreview Manager bij Mango

There are just too many cons to count. The company exploits employees and rarely gives credit. There is a lack of communication and care of employees and their wellbeing. I did more than my role at all times until it became an expectation, with no raise. The company also does not do annual reviews/raises. The only benefit to working at this company is the discount for clothing, but even then it was not worth the stress and anxiety that I endured here.
