I think at Manychat you can feel people care about each other. For me - I was relocating and the support was huge. On every step of the way. Also, after covid I think it’s the first company I genuinely enjoy coming to the office. We hire senior people and it shows. Hiring process was complex - but I appreciate it and I wouldn’t change that. I received feedback on every single step - which was a surprise for me - usually when it’s a no - you have a feedback (or no), but when it’s a “yes” there is nothing - here I got super detailed feedback that helped me out along the way a lot.

I'd love company to be more open on hiring people from all over the world and open for more remote set-up to have the best talents on the market, not limited to offices' locations.
