Unfortunately, I cannot identify any notable pros from my time at the company.

Horrible management: The overall management is disorganized and incompetent, particularly among those in leadership roles. Many leaders have been in the IT field for years but still lack basic competence in their technical work. Terrible micromanagement: A specific individual in a management role is notorious for his toxic micromanagement. Despite countless complaints from employees to the CTO and CEO, this guy (personal friend of the CTO) remains in his position, driving many talented employees to leave. No respect for employees: Some of the so-called leaders have zero respect for their team members. They are not only incapable of leading, but they also create a hostile and demotivating work environment. High employee turnover: Many people have left due to the unbearable culture created by incompetent managers, especially one individual who has driven multiple employees to quit. Unresponsive upper management: Despite numerous reports and complaints, upper management, including the CTO and CEO, has failed to address or rectify the situation.
