used to be the culture but now it's sadly the biggest con

managers here have no clue what they are asking for, directions change so quickly and often without reason, leaving a bunch of devs in the dark. HR is very dodgy about what the role is, and frankly the entire interview process was terrible and disorganized...not to mention very inaccurate compare to the job postings.
