Some managers are very ethical. I enjoyed the clients I’ve met, most co workers were pleasant and had a team friendly attitude.

In my opinion, this company suffers from significant nepotism, particularly following the recent transfer of management to this coast. I observed what I felt was the unfair sidelining of a diligent, long-term business manager during a serious health crisis, which was disheartening to witness. From my perspective, the professional environment is severely lacking; I experienced what I believe was retaliation and favoritism that resulted in a personal financial loss. Additionally, the culture felt exclusionary, making it difficult to maintain professional relationships. I would advise caution to anyone considering the Jupiter, Stuart, or West Palm locations until management practices are addressed
