4 month before they are hiring people very aggressively. On last February month of 2020, they are firing more than 40 people from all offices. Very very poor management.

Thanks for your feedback. Market Logic invested heavily in R&D for the last two years to build our next generation end-to-end market insights platform, which has now been launched. All our clients are currently updating to the new platform. To shift resources from only developing the new platform, to also marketing and servicing the platform, we therefore adjusted operations to scale faster. This was an inevitable business decision and letting go of people was the most difficult part of it. We thank you once again for your contribution to these efforts. For us people and culture are of the highest importance, especially right now with COVID-19 outbreak.

Heavy focus on investing in people and allowing them to develop new skills and grow internally. The company is also miles ahead when it comes to defining modern ways of working (Market Logic was among the first companies to embrace working from home and new collaborative approaches). The people are amazing and soon become friends. Highly experienced leadership and approachable.

Market Logic is a company that continuously reinvents itself and introduces frequent changes to structures and processes. This is both a con and a pro depending on your point of view - I certainly observed coworkers with strong opinions on either camp.
