Pluspunten
1) There was a fair amount of balance with the job and personal life. 2) When things were slow, which they were most of the time, there was always time to surf the internet. 3) Looking at other companies websites was always an interesting part of the job. 4) Everyone was young and nice. 5) There was not really a dress code. Everyone was always comfortable and casual. 6) The company was starting to change, which seemed really good. They were just being merged with CCNMatthews, a Canadian company. That seemed to be moving quickly. 7) It seemed like they had a lot to offer their clients and their competitors would be in for a shock.
Minpunten
1) There is obvious unfairness in the company with hiring and pay. 2)There was one person in Human Resources and she was located in the office and seemed to have total control of everything. It seemed like she did not have a boss of her own. She seemed mean, bossy, nor did she want to be bothered. I heard many people complain about her, but they did not know who her boss was or how to contact her boss. She kept everything a secret as if she could not be touched. She played God at the company and walked around as if she was the all high and mighty.
