I saw reviews few negative regarding manager bossim and I agree to some extent. Yes, managers show that attitude and are not friendly with team. Do not socialize. People dont feel welcomed to go n report their concers to the manager. No appreciated. I would not say its in all the teams, but most. Company is good, India head trying his best to make it more better day in day out, but his team of managers are bringing down the brand. Its their mindset that has to change. Compensation is below the market standard. Benefits are just par with other orgs not so great.
