      Nice campus. Centrally located. Good on-site cafeteria and gym. Good parking. Benefits including insurance were a bit worse than before but still decent

      Very political environment. Promotions or when it comes to layoff time are totally based on your connection to the upper management and not by how good or bad you performed.

      Great place to work at. Free gym, ev charging, subsidized food. Great managers and well organized intern program

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
