The current product is classed as "old" by looks. However, they are at the tail end of a new software release which will enhance the look and has some exciting new features and includes all the features they are valued for.

There are no pros here - unless you are happy to be disappointed and bullied every day to the point of mental health issues. Even then, the owners don't care what happens to you.

Micromanaging and bullying, poor pay, no perks, high work volume, high expectations to deliver, and customers not getting what they pay for due to the lack of staff. No growth prospects, no training. Even the wine and food they 'share' is paid for by staff through a rubbish social club fund...just another way of never giving back to staff. The penny pinching has delivered karma...
