Overloaded top management. Managers to workers ratio is about 2 managers to 1 worker. The Company has 2-3 CEOs and 10+ SVPs to give a glimpse. Decision making still sits with the CEO so nothing gets moving. The company is downsizing and moving to India. The infighting and Ego game is creating a high burn rate with no profit-making clients or product delivery. 2 Months notice period for even the entry staff impact career opportunities when leaving

- allowed me to have a good cry in front of my colleagues during lunch break and show my vulnerabilities, didn't judge me when i broke down during lunch while missing my 2 uncles who passed away month after another - allowed me to voice the truth, hear me via email on what's going on, even on my last day
