Thank you for your comments. Clearly, you had a bad time keeping your job at Srijan. You see, incompetence only upto a certain level can be tolerated. We move people around, give them opportunity after opportunity hoping to help our people scale up. Firing is the last resort usually. Even when we have to fire people, we give a notice period more than the legally agreed period in our empoyment contract, to ensure people who've worked with us do not go through very rough times.
Anyway, i hope you've found a much better company to work in, and are happy! Good luck!
