Owners who care about their employees and are very open with company status. They care about employee well being and ask for feedback as well as find creative ways to keep employees engaged and active beyond the expected work load. They will do activities as well as staycations to break up stress and encourage team work and a great culture. You are encouraged to take time off and there's never an attitude of, just because you have time off doesn't mean you have to use it. The owners want the employees to use time off to maintain a work/life balance.

Not sure it can be considered a con. As a salaried employee sometimes you can work extended hours but with any salaried job this would be expected. The pros definitely compensate for any extra time put in.
