Good benefits, you don't pay for leads and they do pay for licensing. They do company outings fairly frequently for everyone.
Minpunten
Alot of changes in the last 6 months that have killed moral and peoples pay checks. Not all of it is the companies fault but they also stopped trying to find solutions to help thier people which has caused them to loose alot of employees. Additionally if you don't participate in most company outings they do get upset.
