A job at Matrix Internet is a decent started job. You won't really like it, but it will help you get something on your CV to find something better eventually. You used to be able to work from home, but that was taken away.
Minpunten
Management expects you to work longer than your usual hours for no extra pay. There is no functioning HR department, so if you have any problems with staff you are left on your own. The pay is lower than industry standards. You cannot grow in this company despite what senior management may say.
