F-grade company masquerading as an industry leader - werkgeversreview Senior Staff Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer bij MaxLinear

One of the worst companies on the face of this planet. No vision, no planning and non-existent morals in the senior management. They are highly delusional. There is too much micro management. I think the CEO is extremely arrogant, takes no responsibility, always blames the engineers because they only work 4 days from office instead of 5. I think the CEO somehow needs to be changed from the company to save it from going bankrupt. Having worked elsewhere, I can clearly see why people call this place a sweatshop.
