Hello! We have well-defined communication channels that our associates are aware of. The manager is the go-to person for any issues they face, but the management is also approachable for any pertinent issues. We do provide loan facility to our associates, with minimal interest rates. Please reach out to the HR team for any queries. Domain training is conducted by our internal experts, who have been in the industry for a very long time. These training sessions are created after referring to multiple external modules available.
