1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience at Maxicus. I'm sharing my experience at Maxicus, specifically the Vadodara branch, to highlight some concerning issues. As a diligent employee, I was consistently meeting targets and delivering results, but the work environment was far from ideal. Work Environment: - Inadequate seating and persistent noise on the floor made it challenging to focus. - Lack of proper setup and technical issues with equipment added to the frustration. Management and Supervision: - Juned sir's behavior was consistently disrespectful, with constant scolding and dismissive comments. - When concerns were raised, the response was unprofessional and unhelpful. - Personal attacks and questioning of education and principles were unacceptable. - Unprofessional comments, such as asking a TL if she sleeps in the bathroom due to personal items on her desk, showcase a lack of respect. Payment Issues: - Delayed salary payments, with over a month's salary still pending despite the manager's assurance of payment after one month. Productivity and Recognition: - Despite clearing over 150 tickets in a week, despite technical issues, my efforts were not recognized or appreciated. - Instead, I faced disrespect and humiliation. Recommendation: If you're considering working at Maxicus, be aware of the potential issues with management, work environment, and payment practices. It's essential to prioritize employee welfare and maintain a professional work atmosphere. Overall Experience: Unfortunately, my experience at Maxicus was disheartening, and I decided to resign. I hope the organization takes employee concerns seriously and works towards creating a better work environment.
