Pluspunten
The company has a wonderfully fulfilling culture and very personable environment, especially towards the Special Project Interns. Also, very balanced work-life and relaxed work environment (for Interns). Very different for other positions.
Minpunten
Much of the projects given to Special Projects Interns were of no real value to the company, but instead seemed more of a means to an end. So that the interns had something to talk about at the end of their tenure. Many times this was evident through management not being present or showing much interest for the intern's day-to-day work. Nevertheless, there were 1 or 2 projects which I would say otherwise.
