The hiring process wasn't bad and the employees are genuinely helpful. The benefits are really good.

Minpunten

Training is long and not very well done. The pay is relatively low compared to similar companies. Very high turnover rate. No bonus for implementation and no corporate card for travel expenses.

Stagnant culture. A dead end given that most of the company uses proprietary tools, so you can't gain transferable experience. Depending on the team you may feel alienated and have trouble feeling like you're contributing meaningfully.
