You work overtime weekly, and you need to to make overtime and get a decent paycheck. You will only have 1 week vacation for 3 years, including sick days. Maternity leave is federally required FMLA leave, so 3 months unpaid-- who can afford that? Constructive criticism isn't a thing. You get torn down frequently. Personal cell phones are NOT ALLOWED. You may NOT USE THEM during the work hours. If you have to, you need to clock out.
