was really a work at your own individual pace, no matter how much you completed, another individual on your team could have accomplished 50% of what you had in the same time frame and there was no benefit to either party-takes away motivation to work harder than necessary for the sake of getting work done.

A few of the people are nice to work with.

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
