Friendly people, Not too corporate, learn a lot, flexible schedule for PT, Great job for someone in college or highschool.

Minpunten

low pay, horrible schedules for FT They pay a lot less than lowes, but more than home depot, full timers are required to get 40+ hours a week, or risk losing their status. Getting promoted can be a bit political.

A few of the people are nice to work with.

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
