Great summer job for college students. Staff receives bonuses for working on weekends and holidays. Upper-level management and HR team are very helpful and friendly.

Minpunten

The long hours standing by a cashier could be stressful during peak season. I could not imagine working here for more than a summer. Supervisors also tended to pick favorites.

A few of the people are nice to work with.

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
