Pluspunten

Lots of room to grow with the company and they love to hire within. You could start casual part time and work up to managing a store. They offer profit sharing at increasing increments for employees full or part time.

Minpunten

It is a corporation so dont expect to much leeway when there is a week that just doesn't go right. Kids get sick, spouse has an accident, babysitters unavailable etc..

A few of the people are nice to work with.

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
