Extra $2.50 for weekend hours, three breaks in an 8 hour shift, opportunity for 10 cent raise every three months, yearly profit sharing and 10% discount.

Minpunten

You have one job and do everything you are told, it's pretty easy to get written up and you have to work at least every other weekend. You also can't request a weekend off. Hours get cut big time in the winter.

A few of the people are nice to work with.

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
