      Good people, good work life balance, generally quite flexible, decent career prospects with ability to move overseas

      Pay is below average, best to ask for the moon when starting as you won't be paid more for performing

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
