Mercer is a great company to work for. The atmosphere is very low pressure and pleasant. Senior Managerment respects your opinions and value dedicated and hard working employees. Everyone in the office is cordial and courteous. This increases employee morale. Compensation is fair when compared to competitiors.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
