Very good MNC with good benefits, Work life balance, Many learning portal available for free for those who want learn and grow. Hikes and Promotion are on time. Provide 3 time meals, cabs and health insurance. No salary cut during covids , no layoffs

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
