Flexibility and good work life balance is definitely a perk of working at mercer. After about a year, work from home is offered to reliable employees.

Minpunten

Did not receive a pay raise in 2014, and did not receive a bonus either which does not encourage employees to stay for a long period of time.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
