This lack of ability to stay mainstream with technology gives us a backward image in front of clients. And the mindset seemingly of the company is that technology isn't important and that we're not in that business - but if you don't have up-to-date technology and have technology wrapped around your offerings in multiple ways, you've missed the boat. They need to clearly understand this and embrace it.
