Pluspunten
working for three days and then having four days off is a big plus. it's 3 twelve hour shifts so its only 36 hours a week but those 4 extra hours are not really worth it.
Minpunten
having upper management that is more focused on customer service than security sucks. also unless you have seniority you won't get the shifts that you want. everything is based on how long you've been there instead of how well you do your job.
